Shipping & Support

Webshop shipments
National shipments go via PostNL, with an average arrival time of 1 day. For national shipping we handle the following costs:

- Order amount up to € 50 costs € 6.95 shipping
- Order amount from € 50 and up costs  € 4.95 shipping

International registered shipments are handled via FedEx. The shipping price is calculated after the checkout of your shopping-cart and is based on the weight of the amount of products. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your registered e-mail address once we have shipped your order.  We also offer a cheaper international unregistered shipping option via PostNL.

*Please note* If you choose to ship unregistered with PostNL,  Rush Hour can not be held reponsible for non-arrival of package or damaged goods.

We aim to ship daily (Monday to Friday) and occasionally we have to wait a few days for incoming stock which means your order will be shipped or is ready for pick-up a few days later. You will receive an update by email about the status of your order (please also check your spam folder).

Wholesale shipments
Prices and services for wholesale shipments differ per country. Please email your enquiries to distribution@rushhour.nl

Online payments
Payments for online orders go through Mollie. We accept Credit Card, Banktransfer (Ideal & Sepa ) and  Paypal. Please note that if you choose a Sepa banktransfer it can take a few days to confirm your payment.

In-store payments
In our store we accept cash, credit card and bank cards.
