Although the clue may be in the title, opening track Disco Jazz is much more than that; it is warm, melodic house at its finest. Gambit is simply so effortlessly smooth, a slow-burning cut that heats up nicely. Detroit Time is strictly for the floor, a pacey and punchy number made to make you move, while the delightful Heavy is an eminently groovy finish to a fine EP.
